I have nothing but great things to say about JP. He gives you updates throughout the repair process about what he’s doing, and why he’s doing it. JP will also bring other faults to your attention, one’s that you may have missed, but still only act on your permission to address said raised issue.

I found this company to be very professional and efficient. I dropped my computer off on Thursday afternoon and on Friday morning I received a whatsapp to say my computer was ready to be collected. I strongly recommend this company.

Please let Esme know I said thank you for the referral.It is a common problem when computers don’t post past the power up, the lights are on, screen is on but blank.
